Esther Esime Siale, is a highly dedicated insurance professional with strong expertise in treaty management, technical pricing, and claims investigation and management. She possesses a solid academic background, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London (UK), and a Master of Science in Finance with Risk Management, equipping her with a well-rounded blend of insurance, legal, and financial knowledge.

Esther is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana (ACIIG) and a member of the Chartered Insurance Ladies Association of Ghana (CILAG), demonstrating her active involvement in professional insurance networks and industry development.

Her professional responsibilities includes assigning tasks to colleagues, supervising and monitoring work progress, ensuring timely completion of assigned duties, and supporting effective operational coordination. She has also been involved in maintaining proper documentation, supporting internal administrative and operational processes and contributing to efficiency and accountability within her work environment.
