David S. Narh is an actuarial specialist with a strong foundation in financial risk management, reserving, financial reporting and IFRS 17 implementation. He holds an MSc in Financial Risk Management from the University of Ghana and a BSc in Actuarial Science from KNUST. He is affiliated with the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and the Actuarial Society of Ghana (ASG) as a student actuary.

At Ghana Reinsurance PLC, David leads the actuarial team in areas such as reserving, retrocession, data analysis, rating analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and research. His prior roles include Actuarial Manager at Vanguard Life and Actuarial Officer at Enterprise Life, where he was involved in monthly reporting, modeling, and policyholder fund valuation.

David is passionate about reading, watching sports, and solving analytical puzzles.
