Ernest Darko is an accomplished Human Resource professional with a strong foundation in strategic HR management, performance management, recruitment, learning and development, and industrial relations. He holds degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Ghana, Law from GIMPA, and an MBA from KNUST.
Ernest is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners (CIHRMP). Over his career, he has held key roles at leading institutions including Ernest Chemists, SIC Life Savings & Loans, Dalex Finance, and Christian Community Micro Finance. His accomplishments include designing performance management systems, leading organizational culture transformations, and implementing effective HR strategies that align with business goals.
At Ghana Reinsurance PLC, Ernest heads the Human Resource department where he drives talent management and organizational development initiatives.
He has a keen interest in soccer, which reflects his competitive spirit and team-oriented approach.
