Mr. Francis Kobena Addison, ACII, MSc, BA (Hons) is a seasoned insurance professional with over 25 years of experience in insurance operations, risk management, and corporate governance, gained across the United Kingdom and Ghana.
He is the Managing Director of Quality Insurance Company PLC and has held senior leadership roles within the insurance industry, giving him a strong understanding of boardroom oversight, regulatory compliance, and strategic risk management.
Mr. Addison brings a blend of technical insurance expertise and governance experience to the Board of Ghana Reinsurance PLC. He has served on the boards of other insurance institutions, contributing to policy direction and decision-making at the highest level.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Insurance and Risk Management from City University London, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from the University of Ghana, Legon, and is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII), UK.
