Felicia Oye Armah is a life insurance and reinsurance specialist with extensive experience in portfolio management, product development, and industry training. She holds an MBA from Webster University (USA), a BA in French and Linguistics from the University of Ghana, and a Diploma in Insurance from WAII in The Gambia. She holds a professional insurance qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).

As Head of the Life Department at Ghana Reinsurance PLC, Felicia manages reinsurance portfolios across Ghana and Cameroon, designs training programs for client companies, and engages in product innovation and compliance. Her leadership has been instrumental in expanding Ghana Re’s life business and enhancing technical capacity in the region.

Felicia’s industry involvement includes membership in the CIIG, CILAG, and service on the GIA Life Council’s Committee on Group Life and Pensions. Her earlier contributions to the International Operations (Francophone) team helped grow the department and deepen regional relationships.
