Madeleine Nangayo is a seasoned insurance executive with expertise in corporate governance, business development, and leadership. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from Thames Valley University, UK, and a professional qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).
She is a Certified Executive Leadership Coach (CELC) and an active member of several industry organizations, including the IIK Kenya, OESAI Management Board, KWIIN Council, and AIWA. Madeleine currently leads Ghana Reinsurance (Kenya) Ltd. as CEO and Regional Director, driving growth and strategy across East Africa.
Previously, she served as Manager of Ghana Re’s Kenya Office and Head of Non-Life at East Africa Re Kenya, where she developed strong underwriting and client management capabilities.
Her interests include networking, mentorship, and building strategic partnerships.
